How can I track my order?
The most current details about your Evolução Style order are always available through your account at the following link:

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package and view the carrier handling your delivery by visiting Your Account.
Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate deliveries.
For each shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
How can I find my expected delivery date?
Your expected delivery date will be displayed during the checkout process, on your order status page, and when tracking your order.
Since this is an estimated date, your order may arrive slightly before or after the indicated time.
How can I cancel or change my order?
While changes aren’t possible after placing an order, you can cancel within 30 minutes of your purchase.
To cancel an order, go to your orders page. If you’re not logged in, you’ll need your order number and email address from the confirmation email. Then, open the order you wish to cancel, click the “Cancel” button, and follow the instructions.
Where can I find my estimated delivery date?
You’ll see an estimated delivery date during checkout, on your order status page, and when tracking your order.
Since it’s just an estimate, your package could arrive shortly before or after the projected date.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address. However, you may contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a local pickup point.
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
For the quickest resolution, contact the carrier directly. Occasionally, tracking information may be updated early, and your package could arrive within 24 hours.
If it’s before the estimated delivery date, please wait as your package is on its way. If the delivery date has passed, reach out to the carrier for more details.
Why was only part of my order delivered?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment, letting you know what to expect and when
Does Evolução Style ship orders to Brazil?
Evolução Style does not ship to Brazil at this time. For orders within Brazil, please visit Evolução Style Brazil.
Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated?
If your tracking information isn’t immediately available, don’t worry. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update their system. Check back periodically for updates.
Who should I contact about order tracking and delivery?
Once your order has left our facility, we won’t have further details beyond what’s available when you track your package. For questions related to shipping or if you need more specific tracking information, use the following carrier portals:

Why is my order delayed?
We work hard to ensure on-time delivery, but higher order volumes or enhanced safety protocols may occasionally cause delays.
Once shipped, factors such as bad weather, incomplete delivery addresses, or local service interruptions may impact delivery times.

Where is my refund?
Once we’ve received your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process and issue your refund.
We will notify you by email when the refund has been initiated, but it may take additional time to reflect in your account (up to 10 additional days for credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal)..
